Departure times:
To ensure the next guest can check into a clean apartment on time, we ask our guests to check out by 10 a.m. Please call us when you are ready to depart so that we can check the apartment and return your deposit.

If you would like to check out earlier than 8 a.m., please let reception know at least one day before departure. Later departures are only possible if the apartment is not booked for the same day.
Bed linen and hand towels are included in the linen package. These are intended for use for the duration of your stay and are not changed.
The bus stop is located in the village square, just in front of the holiday apartments. The name of the bus stop is »Iseltwald Dorfplatz«, bus route 103. The bus travels to Interlaken each hour. With your Guest Card, you can travel from Iseltwald to Interlaken and return free of charge.
The bus timetable is available at www.sbb.ch.
When you arrive, we retain a deposit of CHF 700.00 per holiday apartment. Before you check out on the day of departure, we check the apartment before we refund the money.
In the following cases, the deposit cannot be returned:
damage to the apartment furnishings.

The village shop in Iseltwald has groceries and basic items for everyday needs. In Interlaken, there are branches of the supermarket chains Coop, Migros, Lidl and Aldi. Landi in Bönigen is open 7 days/week between 6 a.m. and 8 p.m. (incl. public holidays).
The fitness area is available for the use of our guests every day between 8 a.m. and 9 p.m. The entrance to the fitness / spa area in the Chalet »Oberberg« is next to our natural pool in the garden. This is free of charge for our guests.
In addition to a treadmill, stepper, relaxation room etc., our guests can also use the sauna for CHF 5.00 (coin-operated).
The fitness area and natural pool are available for use by all guests in the Avramchenko, Johansson, Bruun, Langenberg, Han Li, Lily, Bencze, and The View holiday apartments.
Kitchen: As standard, the kitchens are equipped with cooking utensils, cutlery and crockery. Tabs for the dishwasher and washing-up liquid are available. (Please note: there is no dishwasher in the Avramchenko holiday apartment.)
Bathroom: Toilet paper, hair dryer and bath towels, hand soap
Each apartment has a washing machine / dryer, 2 bathrooms, at least 2 bedrooms, kitchen, at least 1 balcony (or terrace in the Bencze apartment), a dining table and a living area.
One bath towel and one hand towel are provided per person. These are not changed during your stay, however they can be washed in the washing machine in the apartment.
There is a play area on the village square and all children are welcome. There is also a table-tennis table. There is another play area and children’s pool (only open in summer) at the Iseltwald lido.
PET bottles can be disposed of just next to the entrance in the car park. The collection point for glass and aluminium is in the car park above the school building.
One free parking space is provided in the underground garage for each holiday apartment. We will show you this when you check in. The underground garage is in the basement (with lift -1). The apartment key is needed to drive the car into the underground garage.
The natural pool is located in the garden behind the apartments. The pool is not heated and is not treated with chemicals. Please use the platform and the ladder to enter the pool. The entire pool area is marked as a quiet zone.
Smoking is not permitted in the holiday apartments. Smoking is only permitted outdoors. Violation of this rule results in the loss of your deposit.
Iseltwald:
Please be aware that during the winter season and between seasons, the restaurants in Iseltwald may be closed at times.
Interlaken:
Our reception is open from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. In the off-peak season, other opening times may apply.
Please observe the statutory quiet time at night from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m. Thank you very much.
The chalets with the holiday flats have private access to the lake with a sunbathing lawn. This is located to the left of the boat landing stage and is marked with a »Private« sign.

Each holiday apartment has a washing machine and dryer. No detergent is provided.
Free internet is available for our guests in each apartment. The network name and password are provided when you check in and are also included on the title page of your dossier.
We accept the following payment methods: cash payment in CHF and EUR (notes only), MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Post Card, Maestro
The cleaning charge is for final cleaning after check-out. The agreed rental price does not include daily cleaning. If necessary, interim cleaning can be requested at reception for a surcharge.
Your key opens the main entrance door to your chalet, the door to the holiday apartment and the door to the car park. The keys also opens the entrance door to Chalet »Oberberg« where the fitness room and sauna are located.
Only one key is provided per apartment. If a key is lost, part of the deposit will be retained.
